Agreement To Terms

Wagering And Gaming Rules
(a) All wagers made by User through the Platform are final, except in cases where there is a dispute between User and StakeMania Casino regarding an outcome or result. (b) StakeMania Casino reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or void any wager if it determines that such action is necessary to prevent fraud, cheating, or other irregularities.
Payment Terms
(a) All payments made by User through the Platform are non-refundable and subject to StakeMania Casino's payment processing terms. (b) StakeMania Casino reserves the right to change its payment processing terms at any time without prior notice.
Intellectual Property Rights
StakeMania Casino retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including but not limited to: (a) intellectual property including copyrights, trademarks, and patents; (b) trade secrets; and (c) proprietary information.
Liability Limitations
User agrees that StakeMania Casino is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its provision of services on the Platform. StakeMania Casino's aggregate liability under these Terms shall be limited to the amount User has wagered through the Platform in the preceding 24-hour period.
Governing Law And Jurisdiction
(a) These Terms are governed by, and construed according to, the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. (b) Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration as set forth below. (c) Arbitration shall take place in accordance with the rules and procedures specified by the American Arbitration Association.
Dispute Resolution
(a) StakeMania Casino reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, cancel, or modify any Services if it determines that such action is necessary for fraud prevention, cheating, or other irregularities. (b) User acknowledges that disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Section 9 above.
Changes And Updates
(a) StakeMania Casino reserves the right to change its services, terms, and policies at any time without prior notice to users. (b) Users acknowledge that continued use of the Platform will constitute acceptance of such changes or updates.
Termination
(a) These Terms may be terminated by either party with immediate effect in case of: (i) breach; (ii) insolvency; or (iii) fraud. (b) Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted under these Terms shall terminate immediately.
Amendments To Terms
StakeMania Casino reserves the right to amend its terms at any time without prior notice.
